Welcome to Judith Hart - Life & Business Coaching. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of our website judithhartcoaching.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and the services provided by Judith Hart - Life & Business Coaching (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our").

By using our Website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or our services.

2. Services
We provide online coaching services in the areas of life coaching, business coaching and company consulting. The specific details of the services we offer are described on our Website and in our service agreements.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of our services on our Website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to make an offer. By submitting an order through our Website, you are making a binding offer to enter into a contract with us. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer at our discretion.

The contract is concluded when we send you a confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro and are inclusive of the applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The payment method must be chosen during the order process.

Invoices are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Judith Hart Life & Business Coaching, 24983 Handewitt, mail.jhart@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

6. Service Delivery
The delivery of our services will take place as described on our Website or as agreed with the customer. Online coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

We strive to deliver services as agreed, but we reserve the right to make changes to the timing and method of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you promptly if any changes are necessary.

7. Obligations of the Client
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of services. The client is also responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online coaching sessions.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as detailed in the service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by us, including coaching materials, videos, texts, graphics, and other resources, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

10. Data Protection
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is 24983 Handewitt, Germany.

12. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is available on our Website. We will notify clients of any significant changes to the Terms by email.

13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention of the original provision.
